About Dr. Jen Pilon, ND
I am a registered Naturopathic Doctor (ND) practicing in Red Deer, Alberta, with more than 10 years of clinical experience. My practice focuses on women's and hormonal health, persistent fatigue and low energy, digestive health, and metabolic health.
I work with adults who are looking for a thoughtful, individualized approach to persistent or complex health concerns. My approach combines evidence-informed naturopathic medicine with careful investigation, individualized care, and practical strategies designed to support sustainable long-term health.
Throughout my career, I have been particularly drawn to cases that require careful investigation. Many of the patients I work with have symptoms that have persisted despite previous treatment, laboratory findings that don't fully explain how they feel, or multiple health concerns that seem to overlap. My goal is to help make sense of the bigger picture and identify meaningful next steps.
My goal is not simply to recommend supplements or order tests. Instead, I aim to help patients understand the factors influencing their health and develop practical, sustainable strategies that fit their lives. I believe healthcare works best when it is collaborative, evidence-informed, and tailored to the individual.
As a wife and mother, I understand firsthand the realities of balancing health, family life, stress, and the demands of everyday living. I strive to create a clinical environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported with practical, realistic tools for their health.
My practice is rooted in a life-affirming Christian ethic. I believe good medicine should be compassionate, intellectually honest, and grounded in both scientific evidence and respect for human dignity.
