About Dr. Jen Pilon, ND

I am a registered naturopathic doctor (ND) with more than a decade of clinical experience helping patients navigate a wide range of health concerns. My approach combines evidence-informed medicine with a deep respect for the body’s natural physiology, emphasizing thoughtful investigation, individualized care, and sustainable long-term health.

Throughout my career, I have been particularly drawn to cases that require careful investigation and individualized care. Many patients seek support when symptoms persist despite previous treatment, when laboratory findings do not fully explain how they feel, or when they are looking for a more comprehensive understanding of their health.

My goal is not simply to recommend supplements or order tests. Instead, I aim to help patients understand the factors influencing their health and develop practical, sustainable strategies that fit their lives. I believe healthcare works best when it is collaborative, evidence-informed, and tailored to the individual.

As a wife and mother, I understand firsthand the realities of balancing health, family life, stress, and the demands of everyday living. I strive to create a clinical environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered with practical, realistic tools to support their wellbeing.

My practice is rooted in a life-affirming Christian ethic. I Believe good medicine should be compassionate, intellectually honest, and grounded in both scientific evidence and respect for human dignity.

I am a graduate of Bastyr University, where I completed a competitive residency in Naturopathic Family Medicine and a member in good standing of the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta.
